Tipit Pruning Gel and Actin are growth regulator gels used for controlling new season’s growth on plants. The products are registered in New Zealand for use on kiwifruit vines to control summer vine vigour.
Tipit Pruning Gel is applied to the shoots using the Tipit Gel Pruner or Captivator pruner while Actin is applied manually to cut stems after the shoots have been pruned.
Marketed in New Zealand by Charos and FruitFed. Products available for license overseas in other kiwifruit growing countries including Italy, France, United States and Chile.
